P P Estates are Uckfield’s independent garden machinery specialists. The discerning gardener is offered far more than just lawnmowers, the showroom is stocked with a tool for nearly every job you can think of in the garden. Over the last 19 years the business has grown and now occupies 6500 sq ft of workshop and showroom area. The success is driven by the goal of being the best garden machinery sales and service centre in Sussex. Our opening hours are Moday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and on Saturday 8.00am to 2.00pm. 

Now on offer is a wide range of quality machines from market leaders such as Alko, Cub Cadet, Hayter, Mountfield, Snapper, DR, Stihl and Westwood. Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities and site visits are offered for larger purchases. This website is designed to give you a taste of what is on offer in store, we are then more than happy to see you in person in our showroom to finalise your purchase. We always have someone with the right knowledge to assist in your decision as to the best machine for you. Our workshop department is headed up by Stephen Clarke who has many years experience in the industry having worked for Hayter for 11 years and another garden machinery dealership for 18 years. Stephen also helps myself Philip Eves run the sales department of P P Estates. Our staff all aim to make your experience of dealing with P P Estates a pleasurable experience. Remember we offer the full package of sales, service, repairs and spare parts for most major brands.  Our service department covers a large part of East and West Sussex, offering servicing and repairs for smaller items through to garden tractors including some manufactures such as Countax and Husqvarna that we don't supply through the showroom. We also service and repair a lot of machines or bowls and cricket clubs and have the ability to grind cylinders onsite. We also service larger garden tractors such as Kubota and John Deere along with triple cylinder mowers and toppers.    

Customer base. Our core sustomer base is located in a 20 mile radius of Uckfield, in East Sussex, we cover the are which includes, Heathfield, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Lewes, Haywards Heath, Ashdown Forest, Whych Crosss, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, East Grinstead, Forest Row, Colemans Hatch and Horsted Keynes and all small surrounding villages. Why do we try and keep local ?  This is so we can offer the service our customers require offering after sales back up and warranty repairs. If you are 200 miles away we wont be doing these things ourselves and would have to get another dealer to carry out repairs, which we belive is not ideal, we would rather look after you.

Company Boiler Plate.  P P Estates was founded in 1999 by Philip Eves and Sally Hills with the aim of supplying the local area with quality new garden machinery and servicing of garden machinery.  Over the years the business has grown and it now owns its premises in Uckfield where it began. The staff are all knowledgeable and can offer their experience to customers as required when making purchases or repair decisions. Our aim is to ensure customers have the right tools to get the best from their gardens, large and small.
