The Double Reciprocating (or Duplex) Scythe Cutter Bar offers the same fantastic performance as the standard Scythe Cutter Bar, but with reduced vibration, so allowing the machine to be used for longer periods. 

Features of the Double Reciprocating Scythe Cutter Bar

>  Two blades move in equal and opposite directions

>  Dual action blades reduce vibration and improve efficiency

>  Available in 2 widths - 120cm (47") and 150cm (59")

>  Can cut any height and density of growth up to 1" diameter

>  Cutting height is easily adjusted from 2cm (1") to 10cm (4")

>  Serrated cutting teeth and riveted guards on lower teeth avoid clogging

>  Anti-wrap cover to prevent long grass etc wrapping round wheel axles

>  Articulating cutting head to follow ground contours

>  Very ecomonical - runs on tickover so can run all day on one tank of fuel
