The price quoted is for local delivery within a 25 mile radius of Uckfield in East Sussex. Not all of our products are available for national delivery please phone for details.
We are very security conscious and will only use the information you give us to process your order and provide you with our best service at all times. The information collected will be done lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998. We will not contact you again unless you have given your consent on your order form. If you wish to be removed from our mailing lists please contact us by phone or email.

The information you provide will be held securely within the organisation and comply with the law.
This is Free of charge within 25 miles of Uckfield (TN22 1QL). Your product will be delivered within 2-4 days normally, if there will be any delay we will notify you. The delivery will be made between normal working hours 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery can be arranged at extra cost. The product must be signed for on delivery before the goods will be left.
If the product ordered is unavailable from our suppliers we will offer an alternative product or advise when the product will become available again. All orders are subject to availability.
Warranty / Returns
If a problem occurs with your delivery please contact us on 01825 769100 to talk to our team and we will endeavour to rectify any problems quickly to your satisfaction. If machines need returning to us we will require the original packaging for the carrier to collect the machine in. We will then despatch a replacement to you or offer a full refund, if the product or the carrier is at fault.
If machinery has clearly been abused or damaged because of misuse the company cannot accept any liability. In these cases we can offer a quotation to put the machine back to working order at the expense of the customer.
Warranty repairs can be carried out by your local agent for the manufacturer involved. There is a nationwide network of service agents for the products we stock. If you cannot locate the closest agent to you please contact us and we will always be happy to help.
The item remains the property of P P Estates until full payment has been received and cleared the company bank account.
Our site is frequently updated, but we cannot be held liable for manufactures changing specification without prior notice. All specifications are up to date to the very best of our knowledge.
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights in any way as a consumer.
